18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

The Platform is an advertising directoryfor independent adult companions (“Advertisers”). The Platform does not produceany depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, and the Platform’s Acceptable Use Policy expressly prohibits Advertisers from posting any sexually explicit imagery. Listing imagery is restricted to non-sexually-explicit material (portrait, fashion, lifestyle, swim/lingerie permitted within AUP limits).

Because the Platform neither produces nor hosts depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, the Platform is not a “producer” (primary or secondary) within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 do not attach to the Platform.

The Platform enforces this position through automated and manual review of every submitted listing. Any submission found to contain prohibited explicit imagery is rejected and the associated content removed.

Independent of any 2257 obligation, the Platform conducts its own identity and age verification of every Advertiser before publishing a listing. The verification process is:

• After payment of the listing fee, the Platform’s review team contacts the Advertiser via the email provided in the application;
• The Advertiser supplies a government-issued photographic identification document confirming age (≥18) and identity;
• An administrator reviews the document, confirms the depicted person matches the imagery in the listing, and records the verification timestamp;
• Verification is required before any listing can be approved for publication.

Verification artifacts (document images, reviewer notes) are retained only for the period required for audit and dispute purposes and are stored separately from the public listing data. They are never published.

By submitting content to the Platform, each Advertiser:

• Represents and warrants that every person depicted in the content is at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was produced;
• Represents and warrants that the Advertiser owns or has written permission to use every image submitted;
• Agrees not to submit any image depicting actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2);
• Agrees to cooperate with the Platform’s verification process and to provide additional documentation if requested.

The Platform has a zero-tolerance policy for any content depicting a person under the age of 18. Any user or member of the public who believes that any content on the Platform depicts a minor should immediately report it to report@visionaryqueens.com and, in the United States, to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

Although the Platform does not act as a producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, inquiries from any federal, state, or local authority regarding the Platform’s verification records may be addressed by email to records@visionaryqueens.com and will be answered promptly and in accordance with applicable law.
