Terms of Service

Visionary Queens is an advertising directory only. We provide a venue where independent adult companions (“Advertisers”) may publish advertisements describing themselves and where members of the public (“Visitors”) may view those advertisements.

We do not arrange, broker, schedule, mediate, facilitate, escrow, or process any meeting, transaction, communication, payment, exchange, or service between Advertisers and Visitors. We take no part in any arrangement, communication, transaction, or service that may occur between Advertisers and Visitors, and we have no involvement in any such arrangement once it has been initiated.

Visionary Queens is not an escort agency, booking service, payment processor for any services advertised, or party to any agreement, relationship, or service between Advertisers and Visitors. No Advertiser is an employee, agent, contractor, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, or representative of Visionary Queens.

The only transaction Visionary Queens accepts payment for is the listing fee paid by an Advertiser for the privilege of publishing their advertisement on the directory. That fee is for advertising space only and not for any other service.

To create an account or list on the Platform you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• Not be barred from receiving the Platform’s services under any applicable law;
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.

We may, at our sole discretion, require verification of age and identity as a condition of listing.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. In short, you may not use the Platform to:

• Publish, transmit, or solicit any content involving a person under the age of eighteen (18);
• Facilitate, promote, advertise, arrange, or engage in human trafficking, forced labor, sexual servitude, or any non-consensual activity;
• Advertise, offer, solicit, accept, or arrange the exchange of any sexual conduct for money or anything of value;
• Engage in or promote any activity that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where you are located, where the conduct would occur, or where the Platform is accessed;
• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, age, or status, or upload imagery you do not own or have permission to use;
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, defame, abuse, stalk, intimidate, or harm any other person.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any prepaid listing fees, without prejudice to any other remedy.

If you list as an Advertiser you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• All photographs, descriptions, and other content you submit are accurate, lawful, your own, or used with the express permission of the rights holder;
• All depicted persons in your content are at least 18 years of age and you maintain records pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable;
• Your listing complies with the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where you operate and where Visitors may view your listing;
• You are solely responsible for screening, vetting, and agreeing on any interaction with Visitors, and for the consequences of any such interaction;
• You will not use the Platform to advertise or solicit any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify and hold Visionary Queens harmless from any claim arising out of any breach of these representations.

If you visit the Platform as a Visitor you agree that:

• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily;
• You are responsible for your interactions, including any communication, meeting, or arrangement with any Advertiser;
• Visionary Queens has made no representation about any Advertiser and is not a party to any arrangement you make with any Advertiser;
• You will comply with all laws applicable to you in connection with your use of the Platform and any subsequent interactions.

Advertisers pay a one-time listing fee (currently USD $35) for each listing accepted by us. The fee is for the privilege of publishing your advertisement and is not refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Listing fees are payable in Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Lightning, or any other digital currency we may accept from time to time. We do not store or process credit card information.

If your listing is rejected on substantive content grounds during initial review (e.g., violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy), you may, at our discretion, edit and resubmit the listing without additional payment, or request a refund of the listing fee. Refunds, where granted, are processed to a Bitcoin address you specify.

The listing fee is paid for advertising space only. It is not a payment for any goods, services, escort services, sexual activity, or anything other than the right to publish an advertisement.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:

• Review, edit, suspend, remove, or refuse any listing or content for any reason or no reason;
• Suspend, terminate, or refuse access to any account;
• Cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information about any user as required by law or in response to lawful process;
• Modify, discontinue, or change any feature of the Platform.

We have no obligation to monitor user content but may do so at our sole discretion. The absence of moderation in any specific case is not a representation that we approve or endorse any content.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt the content solely for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving the Platform.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure in our DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR LEGALITY OF ANY ADVERTISER OR LISTING.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION ABOUT ANY ADVERTISER, ANY VISITOR, OR ANY INTERACTION BETWEEN THEM. ANY DEALINGS YOU HAVE WITH ANY OTHER USER ARE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THAT USER.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VISIONARY QUEENS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN LISTING FEES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Visionary Queens and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any content you submit; (c) your interactions with any other user; (d) your breach of these Terms or any law; or (e) your infringement of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in English in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the Platform or, where you have an account, by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

To report a violation of these Terms, an unlawful listing, or suspected exploitation, please email report@visionaryqueens.com with as much detail as possible. We review all reports promptly and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
