Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the activity and content that are not permittedon visionaryqueens.com (the “Platform”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, forfeiture of paid fees, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
We enforce this AUP strictly. If you are unsure whether something is permitted, do not post it and contact legal@visionaryqueens.com first.
1. Prohibited Content and Activity
You may not use the Platform, post any listing, transmit any communication, or engage in any activity that does, depicts, facilitates, promotes, advertises, or solicits any of the following:
- Sexually explicit imagery. Any image depicting actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2), including but not limited to exposed genitalia, sexual acts, masturbation, or lascivious exhibition. Permitted imagery is limited to portrait, fashion, lifestyle, and swim/lingerie within ordinary editorial taste.
- Minors. Any content involving, depicting, or in any way related to a person under the age of eighteen (18). This includes any age-ambiguous depiction; if any reasonable viewer might believe the person could be under 18, the content is not permitted.
- Human trafficking and forced labor. Any content that facilitates, promotes, advertises, or arranges trafficking of any person, forced labor, sexual servitude, debt bondage, or any non-consensual situation.
- Coercion and non-consent. Any depiction or arrangement of non-consensual conduct, coercion, threats, or intimidation, including content where consent cannot be meaningfully given (e.g., intoxication, incapacity).
- Exchange of sexual conduct for money or value. Any advertisement, offer, solicitation, acceptance, or arrangement of the exchange of sexual conduct for money or anything of value. Listings on the Platform are for companionship and time only; the Platform does not facilitate any other arrangement.
- Illegal activity. Any activity unlawful in the jurisdiction where you are located, where the conduct would occur, or where the Platform is accessed, including unlicensed escort activity in jurisdictions where it is regulated.
- Controlled substances. Any offer to purchase, sell, provide, or consume controlled substances, prescription drugs not lawfully prescribed, or analogs thereof.
- Weapons. Sale, transfer, or display of firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any regulated weapon.
- Identity fraud. Impersonation of any other person, misrepresentation of identity, age, location, or any other material fact, or the use of imagery you do not own or have written permission to display.
- Stolen or non-consensually obtained imagery. Photographs, video, or other media obtained without the subject’s informed consent, including “revenge porn,” voyeur recordings, and material taken or distributed in violation of any privacy or anti-stalking law.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech. Content or conduct that harasses, threatens, defames, intimidates, or promotes violence or discrimination against any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected status.
- Malware, hacking, spam. Distribution of viruses, malware, phishing links, unsolicited bulk communication, scraping, automated abuse, or any attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
- Intellectual property violations. Any content that infringes the copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
2. Enforcement
We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Remove or refuse any listing or content;
- Suspend or terminate any account;
- Retain or refund prepaid listing fees, with refunds processed to a Bitcoin address you specify;
- Preserve and disclose information about any user to law enforcement as required by law, valid legal process, or in response to an imminent risk of harm to any person.
Decisions about content removal and account termination are at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide reasons for any decision and our determination is final.
3. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected violation of this AUP, please email report@visionaryqueens.com with:
- The URL of the listing or content;
- A description of the conduct or content you are reporting;
- Any supporting information (screenshots, dates, identifiers);
- Your contact information (for follow-up if needed).
Reports involving the suspected exploitation of minors or trafficking will be referred immediately to the appropriate law-enforcement authority, including (where applicable) the NCMEC CyberTipline and any equivalent agency in the jurisdiction concerned.
